When a kiosk user signs in to visit a resident, our system asks the user to type in that residents last name in order to find & choose them. The "Visitors Must Search for Resident By" dropdown allows you to maintain that type of search or change it so the kiosk user type in the room number to choose their resident.
    4
If you want your staff to sign-in and out of the kiosk, you will want to check "Enable Staff Sign-in" - this will add the Community Staff visitor type to the kiosk.
    5
Click "Enable Staff Badge" if you want badges to print from the kiosk every time your staff sign-in. This opens you up to the possibility of running out of badges quickly, so it's not recommended if your staff already have physical badges.
    6
Clicking "Enable Capturing A Mobile Phone Number" will help you fill out your staff profiles in the dashboard. If you've uploaded your staff, but some are missing mobile phone numbers, you can have them provide those numbers during their next sign-in. The numbers then get saved in their profile in the dashboard.
    7
Clicking "Staff Registrations at the kiosk" will allow a staff member to sign-in successfully to the kiosk - even if they don't currently have a profile uploaded in the dashboard. This can be helpful in cases where there are delays in uploading new hire information to the Dashboard.
    8
Clicking "Enable Agency Staffing Sign-In" will allow us to differentiate agency workers from other types of visitors and capture their information during sign-in at the kiosk. We will also allow them to input data about their shift into the kiosk. All of this data gets saved in our "Agency Staffing" report in the Dashboard.
    9
Clicking "Enable Tour Tracking" will add "Tours" as a visitor type on the kiosk, which has its own unique flow. Tour details gets saved on its own page under the "Guide" tab in the Dashboard.
    10
If you want to require kiosk users to have to verify the phone number they input during sign-in, you can turn on Phone Number Verification. The would verify their number by inputting a code that would be texted to them upon sign-in. You can determine which visitor types you would like this to be enabled for.
    11
If you'd like to require kiosk users to scan their drivers license upon sign-in, you can turn on Driver License Scan. "Allow users to skip" will make the scan optional for users. "Require override code" will ask you to create a 4-digit override code set to be used to override a user's Driver’s License scan in the kiosk.
    12
Once you choose the visitor types you want to collect Driver's License scans from, you can set the frequency of how often they have to scan their license. The options include "Every Time" or "Only Registrations". Selecting "Every Time" will require users to scan their Driver’s License upon each visit, while "Only Registration" means the user will be asked to scan their Driver’s License only during their first sign-in (registration). Staff only need to scan their Driver’s License once, so there is no frequency option for the Staff visitor type.
    13
Clicking "Email Capture" will ask the kiosk user to input their email address during sign-in. You can choose the types of visitors you would require this from and set the frequency.
    14
"Email Capture" frequency can be set to ask visitors daily, monthly or every 3 months to provide an email address. If they do not have an email address, they will be able to select “I don’t have an email address” and continue with sign in. Once an email address is captured and verified, the user will not be asked again during future sign-ins.
    15
Clicking "Address Capture" will ask visitor's to input their address during sign-in. We ask for street address, city, state & zip code and ask them to verify the information is still correct during subsequent sign-ins. If you already have "Driver's License Scan" turned on for visitors, that would collect their address, so there would be no need to have this on as well for those same visitor types.
    16
Clicking "Enable COVID-19 Vaccination Question On Sign-In" will ask you chosen visitor types for their COVID-19 Vaccination status during sign-in at the kiosk. They can choose one of the following answers: - Yes, I have completed the full vaccination schedule. - Partially, I have completed the initial dose but am still waiting to get a required booster. - No, I have not received the COVID-19 vaccination. - I choose not to disclose.
    17
You can view and make adjustments to the question by navigating to "Settings" & "Covid-19 Vaccination Question," which will only appear in your Settings once it's been enabled on this Sign-in Features page. You can also view reporting for this question by navigating to "Reports" and "COVID-19 Vaccination Log"
    18
Clicking "Capture Vehicle Details" will require your chosen visitor types to input the Make & Model, Color and License Plate Number of their vehicle into the kiosk during sign-in.
    19
The kiosk has the ability to capture photos during sign-in - which can be used for safety and verification reasons. Click "Enable Visitor Photo" if you want to turn off that feature.
    20
You can then decide what type of photos are being take. "Base" types two discreet photos during sign-in and there's no indication to the visitor that these photos are being taken. "Smile" takes one discreet photo and then pauses the sign-in flow to take a non-discreet, asking them to smile.
