PFAs are set up with NSH email and Teams accounts by a member of the team, council or committee they joined. You should have been given the log-in details for your NSH email account including a domain (NSHEALTH, SWNDHA, etc), an email address, and a password.

If you have not been given your log-in details, please speak with a member of your team to receive them.

Open the Microsoft Teams app on your computer or laptop

Type your NSH email address into the box, then click "Next"

Type your NSH password into the blank, then click "Sign in"

PLEASE NOTE: If you forgot your password, you must contact the IT Service Desk to recover it. The "Forgot my password" button has been turned off by NSH for security purposes and will not work if you click it.
