PFAs are set up with NSH Outlook and Teams accounts by a member of the team, council or committee they joined. Your team will send you the log-in details for your NSH Outlook and Teams accounts including a domain (NSHEALTH, SWNDHA, etc), an email address, and a password. These log-in details are what you use to log into your NSH Outlook and Microsoft Teams accounts.

**If you have not been given your log-in details**, please speak with a member of your team to receive them.

Open the Microsoft Teams app on your phone or tablet, enter your NSH email address in the box, then click "Sign in"

Enter your NSH password into the box, then click "Sign in"

PLEASE NOTE: If you forgot your password, you must contact the IT Service Desk to recover it. The "Forgot my password" button has been turned off by NSH for security purposes and will not work if you click it.
