Navigate to the relevant end user

Select the user

Click "Answering Rules"

Click the edit icon on the users' default answering rule.

Click the "Extension, number or phone" field. Enter their cell phone number with a "1" in front for long distance.

Save your changes

Notice the new default answering rule.
