    From Inside Augsburg choose Administrative Tasks-Talent Searches Click "Talent Searches"
    Click the [+] icon (Create new job menu item) Click "Create job" (If you don't have this menu please contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) so we can grant you the correct account access)
    In location select Minneapolis, MN
    In the Job Title field search for "Faculty", "Staff", or "Adjunct" to populate the form with the template data for the company description and additional information. After selecting the template type the official job title.
    Complete the job description and qualifications with the official job description. Contact your business partner if you have questions. Click "NEXT"
    Complete the job details page. Click this dropdown. Click "Please select" Type "human" Click "15060 Human Resources" Click this dropdown. Click the "Position Reports To:" field. Type "Name or Title"
    The Industry, Function, Experience and Type of employment fields are required for sharing with career sites like Indeed and Monster. There may not be a perfect descriptor - match as best you can!
    Click "NEXT"
    On the hiring team section add your HR business partner with the hiring Role "Recruiter" and your department's VP or dean. List yourself as the hiring Manager.
    In the position field choose a target start date and whether the position is brand new or a replacement. (If replacement type the former employee's name in the Incumbent Name field).
    The typical approval path is your next level supervisor, VP/Dean, Chief Strategy Officer, HR Partner. If your next level supervisor is the same as your VP/Dean you can enter them
    In the Any User field list your Supervisor. If your supervisor is the same as the VP/Dean you can list them.
    If you have not already added the VP/Dean to the hiring team scroll back up to add them. Click "ADD TO TEAM"
    Click "SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL" The job approval request will be shared with your supervisor, vp and HR business partner. Once it has been approved by the HR business partner it will be published.
