To create a Smart List, or a group of people you want saved so that you can send targeted or specific messaging to, go into your Contacts list and click on "More Filters."

One way to create a Smart List is to filter your people by a specific tag. If this is how you want to make yours, click "Tag"

Keep "is" selected so you can identify a particular tag for your Smart List and then click the drop down menu next to "Select Tag" to access all of the tags in your account.

Click "text bogo" (or whichever tag you choose to use to identify your list of people.
