Spark Finance: Onboard to Tipalti (Payment System)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up a Tipalti vendor account. It explains how to create an account, activate 2-factor authentication, provide payment information, and complete a digital W9 tax form. By following this guide, vendors can easily onboard themselves onto the Tipalti platform and access their payment history and commission statements.

Click the Tipalti suppliers portal link you receive via email.

Create a new Tipalti portal account by completing the sign up process.

Once, complete, click "Click here" to login to your Tipalti suppliers account.

Enter your credentials to login to your Tipalti suppliers account.

Please activate 2-factor authentication when you log in.

Please complete the steps so we can get your vendor profile set up. Next, you'll be asked for your EFT information and W9.

Please enter your direct deposit information and hit "Next".

Please complete your digital W9 tax form. \ \ **Important Note:** If you are setup as a "**Company**" on Tipalti, please enter your Company Name in the first field (leaving the second one blank) and enter your EIN below. Make sure the company name here matches exactly what you entered in Step 1 (Address).\ \ If you are setup as a "**Individual**" on Tipalti, please enter your Personal Name in the first field (leaving the second one blank) and enter your SSN below. \ \ Once done, hit "Next".

You're all set! You can log in and see your "Payment History" at any time. It'll also show you a detailed breakdown of each consolidated payment and link them to their corresponding commission statements, which remain accessible on your Spark platform.
