Highlight the Transaction/Fax you want to split/separate out. Then select the "Arrow in a Box" icon to pop out your document into a PDF which will open up a new window. 

Left Click on the up arrow in your service tray located at the bottom of the screen.

Use the red cross hair to crop out the needed first patient (Left click the button on your mouse and drag over the area you want to clip and then let go of the left button) The capture will then show up in a PixCert Pop Up.

In the PixCert Pop Up, type in the patients last name, first name and DOB and use the blue "Search button" to find the patient demographics.

Select the patient that has the Account number that matches the one needed in your EMR. **Tip:** You may want to have your patients EMR open on one screen and Tracker open on another. 

Fill in the remaining fields including "Document Type" so it can export to your EMR. 

Click "Save" to save the patient indexing. You can now minimize the PixCert pop up screen.

Repeat steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 above to finish capturing the other part of the fax that needs to go with the patient.

Once you have captured the images you needed for the first patient, select the PixCert icon to un-minimize the screen to see the captured images

Click "Send to Trace" to send this patient to the EMR and a copy will also be sent to Tracker. 

Repeat the above steps 1-14 for the next patients that need to be split out. 

**Tip**: Make sure you index and save for each patient you are splitting/clipping for before you select "Send to Trace"

When you have split out all the patients and captured the needed screens for each, close out the PDF tab and go back to Tracker by selecting the Vyne Tracker Tab.

Click "Clear from List" quick button to remove it from your Inbound Item Worklist. The fax will then be stored if you ever need it.
