Navigate to the [Sport:80 Login page ](https://nfaausa.sport80.com/public/wizard/a/104/home)
and log into your NFAA account.

Click on your profile.

Click on the "Memberships" tab.

Click "Add Membership".

Click "Add" on the bar for Colleigte Memebership Add-On For Professional or Life Members"

Click "Collegiate Membership Add-On for Professional or Life Member"

Click "Next"

Read the requirements and agree to the terms of the Collegiate Membership by clicking "Yes" next to each statement.

Click the "File Upload" field to upload your school transcript as proof of GPA, and your tuition payment receipt as proof of enrollment.

Select your school from the dropdown. If your school is not listed, select "Other" and enter the name of your school.

Select your typical shooting style.

Click "Add"

You are all done! Your Collegiate Add-On will go into a pending status until a staff member verifies you meet the eligibility criteria and approve it. You will receive an email once the membership has been validated.
