View the Sprint Planning board. 

On the right, you have access to all of your unassigned Projects and Tasks. In the middle of the page are all the current Sprints.

Sort the Project Backlog to find the Tasks and Projects that you want to assign to a Sprint.

Drag items from the Project Backlog to the desired Sprint.
