    Staff Registration at Kiosk: Updating Pending Staff Accounts

    Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing)

    If you see a red number beside your "Accounts" tab - that means you have staff that have registered at the Kiosk and need their accounts to be approve / activated by a Dashboard user.

    Click "Staff" from the dropdown.

    When you click on the "Staff" tab you will see a few staff members listed in red with a "Pending" status.

    We recommend clicking into the name's of these staff members and reviewing their accounts to ensure the information they provided is correct.

    If there's incorrect information (such as a typo in their name, an incorrect Title or a wrong phone number listed) you can click Edit to update this staff member's profile. Once done, click close.

    To change the account from "pending", check the box next to the persons name.

    And then click "Status" - you can check "Active" if the account(s) have correct information listed. You can check "Inactive" if you want the staff member to re-register with different information.

    Click "Apply" once done. This will remove the red highlight, the "pending" status and the red number next to the "Staff" tab. If you changed the account to be "active" this profile will operate as a normal, active staff account and will allow this staff member to sign-in to the Accushield Kiosk and / or Dashboard (if permissions are granted)

    If you want to turn off or on the ability for staff to register at the kiosk - click "Settings" and then "Sign-In Features"

    You should see the "Staff Registration at the Kiosk" checkbox. This functionality can be helpful if you experience delays in adding staff to the Dashboard. Even if a staff member isn't added to the Dashboard, if this is turned on, that staff can still sign-in to the Kiosk with no issue.
