    Adding a Staff Member & Setting a PIN

    To set an hourly rate & PIN for a user, go to the SETTINGS tab.
    Enter your admin PIN. NOTE: Only Admin's or those granted permission to view/edit settings will be able to access this page.
    Click the STAFF tab at the top

    If the user is already created, click "EDIT" beside their name.
    Enter the hourly rate for the employee in the "Hourly Rate" text box.
    Click "SAVE"

    Clocking In/Out

    Click the SHIFT CLOCK tab.
    Click "CLOCK IN" next to your name.
    Key your PIN and click the [enter] button. You're now Clocked In!
    Follow the same steps to CLOCK OUT.
    Tip! If a staff member forgets to clock out, an Admin can clock them out/edit their hours. See below.

    View Hours Summary & Editing Staff Hours

    Go the the REPORTS tab.
    Click "Staff"
    Use the quick filter buttons or the date picker to select the time frame you'd like to see. A summary of the hours worked per day, total hours & amount earned for each employee that worked during that period will be displayed.
    To EDIT an employees hours, click the [edit pencil] in the column with their name.
    Click the shift you'd like to edit. NOTE: You can filter the time period you'd like to see from the top buttons or date picker.
