Procedure to manage company assets
Before you get started, ensure the assets has a valid gate pass.

Step 1: Navigate to [https://www.notion.so/](https://www.notion.so/)

Step 2: Go into the "Assets Management" page on our notion site

Step 4: This is the assets table. Click on "New" to add a new asset

Step 5: Type in a unique name for the new asset.

Step 6: Add the date of acquisition for this new asset

Step 7: Add the name of the asset owner

Step 8: Add the warranty date
If you are unable to find the warranty period for the asset, please contact the IT department.
