Registration Instructions

If your submission is approved, you will become the Primary Contact of the organization. Continue only if you are to be the Primary Contact on record for the organization.

The registration process can be continued at any time by resuming it from your Submissions.

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in becoming a RSO!

It is strongly encouraged that the President (or equivalent role) complete this process for your organization as this is the student leader that is held liable on behalf of the organization. The President can designate someone else to complete this process; however, we recommend it be another officer as this person will become the primary contact for your organization in Nole Central. Please be aware that the person who begins this process is the only person who can complete it and will be responsible for all information submitted.

You are able to save and return to this at any time. To do so, be sure to save the following directions:

Log-in to Nole Central
Select the File Icon in the top-right corner of the Nole Central Homepage
Select Organization Registrations
Select the eye icon which will open your application from where you left off

Once you are ready to submit this application, be sure all information is correct and that you click "SUBMIT" at the end for it to go through for review. You should receive an auto-confirmation message from Nole Central stating that your application went through. Once you have submitted the application, you will be contacted by a Student Organizations & Involvement staff member within 2-3 weeks regarding the status of your application.
