      Navigate to Synbiotix
Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select Cleaning Standards
If you are directed to the dashboard, click "Data Capture"
Click through the location levels if you aren't already taken to the ward list
Click on a ward to select it
You will see a list of rooms within the selected ward, the functional risk and how many rooms need to be audited. This ward is a FR1 ward, with 8 rooms, and all the rooms need to be audited.\ \ If you are auditing a blended area, the rooms will be grouped by functional risk. You will need to audit the minimum number of areas per functional risk.\ \ Each room has a date next to it, which shows the last time the room was audited. If the room hasn't been audited before, it will say "N/A" next to it\ \ Click on a room to audit it
You will see a list of elements present in the room
Click the icon next to an element to make it inactive
Inactive elements won't contribute to the score. The system will remember your choice for next time the room is audited
      Click "PASS"
The green "PASS" will change to a red "FAIL".\ \ Use the tickbox to select a rectification
Selecting a rectification is mandatory for all failures. You won't be able to save without selecting a rectification
Use the free text box to add more information to the rectification, if required. This step is optional
Once you have reported all failures, click "Save"
You can't make any changes to a room after you've saved it
The room now has a green tick next to it to show it has been audited
If you can't audit an area for whatever reason, you can skip it.\ \ Click on the room and tap "Skip Area"
Enter the reason and click "Save"
The room now has a no symbol next to it, to show it was skipped
