Click "6-month contract, paid using bank transfer" or "3-month contract, paid using bank transfer" -

Ensure you have selected the contract type you have indicated on all previous forms and correspondence.

Input your Member Profile login credentials.

Add a payment method; this **payment method will be used to pay any fees as described in your contract and on-boarding package.** *You will still need to complete a bank transfer to cover the cost of either the 6-month or 3-month contractual commitment \[steps to follow\].*

Review all Terms + Conditions of the contract, then click "Back"

Review the terms and conditions of the contract. Select "I agree to the Terms + Conditions" + input your full name to confirm/sign.

Click "PAY WITH MELIO"

Input the correct amount for your contract type - this can be found in your contract and on the Entrepreneur Member Portal in Section Two: Contracts.

Click the invoice number field \ Type in the following: Business Name/ First Name + Last Name, Date of Contract Signature

Once you have completed steps 12 and 13 click "Pay Femme Fatale DC LLC"

Input your primary business email, the emails used to create your Femme Fatale DC Member Profile powered by Mindbody.

Click "Pay as a guest"

Using the verification code sent to your email, verify that you are you.

Complete the form as directed by Melio \ Click "Continue"
