AWT - Pay fee and submit application

Once all sections of the application are complete, click **Finalize & submit application**.

If you haven't already, make sure to select a desired move-in date before you submit. If no date is selected, you will see **Select One** in the upper right corner.

Enter your credit card payment information, signature, and move in date.

If you have a promo code from the property manager to apply to your application fee, click "Apply promo code" underneath the card number field.

Use the date picker to choose your date.

You must sign to acknowledge the term, which will usually include a non-refundable fee statement.

The status will show **Submitted** in green once you and and all other applicants have submitted their applications, and you've filled in information for any pets.\ \ If you have one or more co-applicants and you're the only one is submitted, the application status will show Complete. The property management company will not be able to review your application until all parties have submitted.
