ID Verification - document upload

If you can't go through the automatic verification process, click **Skip** to go through a manual upload of verification documents. If you don't see the skip button, reach out the property management company.

Next, there is a list of accepted documents you can use. You still have the option to go back to the Verify ID page.

The next one to two pages are for uploading the images of your ID.

Depending on the document type, you may have to upload an image of the back of your ID.

You will need to upload a selfie to help confirm your identity.
