    1
    Navigate to [https://murraystate.edu/academics/StudyAbroad/](https://murraystate.edu/academics/StudyAbroad/)
    2
Click "SEARCH PROGRAMS & APPLY NOW"
    3
Click "Sign In / Sign Up"
    4
Click "Go to Portal" and log in with your myGate credentials
    5
Right when you log in to your traveler profile you will land on your dashboard. If you have not started an application yet, it will prompt you to explore programs. Click "Explore Programs"
    6
Click the "Search Programs" field and type "Proposal".
    7
All Faculty and Staff that are applying to teach abroad will only apply for "Faculty-Led Program Proposal". Click "Apply Now"
    8
You will be taken to the program page which houses more information. Click "Apply"
    9
Once you've reviewed the criteria and determined that you are eligible to apply, scroll to the bottom and click this dropdown to select the term of your choice.
    10
    Click "Start Application"
    11
Within the application, all shaded fields are locked as this information is pulled directly from myGate. All open fields will need to be completed. Once you have completed your application, click "Submit" in the top right hand corner. Please note! If you need to stop and come back to complete the application at a later date you can select the "save" button at the top.
    12
When you return to Via and log into your traveler profile, you will land on your dashboard which will immediately show you your current application and the status. Click "View Details\ for Faculty-Led Program Proposal"
    13
Here is where you will find your entire application. If you are working on your application and it's still in the "incomplete" status, click "View" and you can continue filling out your application.
    14
Once your application has been reviewed and marked as either "Conditionally Approved" or "Approved", a list of mandatory forms will appear. The due dates are listed next to the name of the form.
    15
Another way to access your application and forms is to click "My Programs"
    16
On both "Dashboard" and "My Programs", you can click "Past" to see your previous applications.
    17
If you click "My Profile" you will be taken to where all of your personal information is housed.
    18
You will have 6 tabs at the top. All shaded fields are locked as they come in directly from myGate. You can edit all unlocked fields. Please check this information from time to time to make sure all of your information is up to date.
    19
Lastly, you can either go back to your dashboard and select "Explore Programs" or you can click the "Explore Programs" on the right hand side at the top of the list to look at all of the programs available for students.
