It all starts with the budget. We have all of our campaigns grouped into budget groups to manage pacing and optimization.
1
Click "Budget Groups" to get. a view of all the budget groups set
2
This is a view into one of the budget groups. You can set the budget amount, optimization type and add new campaign to it!
3
Launch your campaigns and experiments
Once my experiments are launched, I like to track how my budget group is performing and look at my top experiments based on the optimizer goal.
Nothing is hidden at Metadata! So you can see for yourself how the optimizer is performing and picking top experiments. Very cool in my opinion!
4
Select the budget group that I want to review
5
You can see the list of the various groups
In the example below - I am looking at the experiments tied to our retention campaign

This budget group is optimizing for CTR
In the table below, I can take a live look at the current best-performing experiments and see how they got scored using the various parameters.

Parameters in this case are: impressions, CPC, duration, pacing, and others. The higher scores show the experiments with the best performance and thus are awarded more budget
