    This is only if you want to give other PDPs access to your course. If you are not, you can SKIP to STEP 3, "Adding the Competencies".

    Click "Permissions"

    Click "Add Course Permissions For a User"

    Must have registry ID # to set permissions for other PDPs.

    Click this text field. Enter the Registry ID number for the PDP you want to give permissions to.

    Click the person that you want to add.

    Click "Add Checked Search Items To Selected List"

    Click "Select Users and Continue."

    Please note the to grant any other Permissions “Visible in Searches on Reports and Other Features that use Published Courses” must be selected.

    If you wish for an individual to be able to add events and enter attendance “Grading Management”, “Enrollment Management”, and “Visible in Searches on Reports . . .” must be selected at minimum.

    There are no permissions automatically set, you must define each.

    If a particular group of people need access to the course, select the appropriate Course Permission Group (see options below). This gives anyone in that particular group access to the course.
