Click 'Type new message' to start typing message

Use the formatting tool to change the layout of your message.

Click and hold the left mouse button or trackpad to select the text you want to format. Or press ctrl+B on your keyboard.

Click on the B to make text bold (strong). Try the other buttons to use italic, underlined or other formats. To turn off bold, press the B a second time.

This section lets you choose options such as text alignment, bullet point or numbered lists.

Click on the grid to create a table. Select the size of your table. You can hover your cursor. You don't need to click and drag.

The button in purple will make the table bigger.

Column headers usually go horizontally across the table.

Use the same click and drag to set your column headers to bold (ctrl+b) as before.

If you want to make your table bigger. Columns add a section going down the page. Rows add a section going across the page. Try it out!
