Student District Search

This guide shows a fast, step-by-step method to find a student record in the PowerSchool CIE admin portal using name or student number and DOB. It highlights useful search tips (partial name, DOB entry, repeating searches) and how to open the matching student record. Navigate to [https://cie.powerschool.com/admin/home.html](https://cie.powerschool.com/admin/home.html)

Click "District Search"

Click "Search by Name and/or Date of Birth Legal or Preferred Last Name contains: Date of Birth: Search or... Search by Student Number Student Numb..."

Click this text field.

Type "Crowe"

Click the "MM/DD/YYYY" field to enter the student's date of birth if known.

Enter the student's date of birth. For example: "10/31/2008"

Click "Search"

Review results on this page.

If the results were not productive, you may Click "Search Again" to start over.

Type "cro"

Click "Search"

Scroll down to the desired matching student record and click on the student number on the left.
