    Accessing EMS WebApp

    Navigate to [https://www.linnbenton.edu/mylb.php](https://www.linnbenton.edu/mylb.php)

    Click "Continue to Single Sign-On"

    Click "Space Reservations" tile.

    Click "Sign In" on the 'My Home' tab to log in with your Single Sign-On credentials.

    Create a Reservation

    Once signed in, select the appropriate template for the space you wish to book. Click "book now"

    Click "Choose Date Button" to select the day of your reservation. Adjust Start Time and End Time as needed.

    Click "Recurrence" to if you wish to book a repeatable event. *NOTE: Not available for Study Spaces.*

    Click "Search" to look for available spaces.

    Click "Add Room to Cart" on the space you wish to reserve. *Note: If the "Add Room to Cart" button is not available, the room is not available at the time you requested.*

    Enter the "Number of Attendees" field.

    Click "Next Step"

    Enter event title in the "Event Name" field.

    Enter phone number in the "1st Contact Phone" field.

    Click the "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions" field.

    Click "Create Reservation"

    Your reservation is now created. You will receive an automatic email with your reservation details.

    Study Room reservations are automatically booked and confirmed. Classroom reservations will be reviewed **before** confirmation. You will receive a **second email** informing you if your request is approved or denied.
