Navigate to your bookings within the WordSynk portal.

Within the booking page, go to the bottom right and click "Support".

Click on "Get in touch"

The user can choose between "Live Chat" or "Leave a message"

Click "Leave a message", then Interpreting Support Query Fill the required details, then from the list of applications choose "WordSynk 2.0"

Select the contact reason: "Application Support" or "Provide Feedback"

Complete the necessary information and click "Send"
