Submit a General Inquiry | UC San Diego Departments or Student Organizations

This guide provides a straightforward workflow for submitting a General Inquiry for UC San Diego Departments or Registered Student Organizations. Currently, only T-RES managed venue's can be submitted through the General Inquiry. Some venues, such as Price Center, Student Center, Library Walk, and others are available to reserved directly through T-RES and not the General Inquiry request.

Visit <https://ucsdevents.emscloudservice.com/web/> Click "Log In"

Click "Book Now" under the "Submit a General Inquiry - Great Hall, EFA, others" template

Select your "Date" and "Time" and then click "Search"

Click "+" next to the venue for which you're looking to submit a General Inquiry. IF your venue is not listed, select "General Inquiry for a T-RES Venue". Please note only T-RES venues can be requested this way and many T-RES venues are reserved through the non-General Inquiry process.

Enter your "Number of Attendees" and "Setup Type". Click "Add Room"

Click "Next Step"
