    Open your dictionary.
    Click "Workspaces" in the Management section.
    Select your current workspace.
    You could select the element in the list to verify the content before the submittion.
    Click "SUBMIT ALL" button to submit the workspace.
    Add a comment before the submittion.
    Click "SUBMIT" to finish the action.
    After submitted, the status of all element in the workspace will be changed to "SUBMITTED".
