Submiting a Joint Entry Form for MADACS

Click "Entry Forms"

Click the arrow to select the category you are looking to enter

For this tutorial, we are going to enter category 34. Common Area Renovation, which is in the Building categories.\ \ Click "Building"

The following page will show you what is required before completing the entry. You must check the box that you acknowledge the entry requirements and judging policies for the specific category you are about to enter.

If you do not agree or do not select this checkbox, you will not be able to complete the entry process.\ \ Once checked, you can click "Next"

Select the category you wish to enter from the dropdown menu

Begin entering the required fields

Click "Next"

Enter the Nominee Contact - who will be responsible for all communications regarding the specific entry you are submitting

If you are submitting this nomination with an MHA vendor company you worked with, click the "Yes" field on the Joint Entry option

Joint entry companies MUST be a current member of MHA. Not sure? Contact Madison for confirmation, or, verify by searching MHA's online Buyer's Guide.

On the left side, scroll over "Directories" Select "Buyer's Guide" from the pop-up menu

Type in the name of the company (you can also search by a person's name, but company is easiest!)

For this example, I'm using the company name Winston - which is not a member.\ \ Hit "Search"\ \ If they are NOT a member, nothing will come up.\ \*It's still a good idea to call Madison if you believe they are a member as they could spell their company name different in our database.

If they ARE a member (search Jay for JayHawk)

Their information will pop up once you hit "Search"\ \ If you see their company listed on this page, they are a current member and eligible for a joint entry.

Once you have confirmed the company in indeed a member with MHA, you can enter their name in the "\*Joint Vendor Company:" field.

Click "Next"
