Submitting Grant Request for Professional Development Fund

Navigate to and sign into LeopardSpot:<https://wit.campuslabs.com/engage/>
Click on the Settings in the Upper Right Hand Corner.

Navigate to My Submissions.

Click on the tab labeled "BUDGETING"

Click on the blue button labeled "CREATE REQUEST"

Click on the link "Heinstadt Professional Development Fund"

Fill out the "Request Title" field with the name of your professional development event or program.

Fill out the "Description" field with a brief description of your event. You will submit additional information on the following pages.

Click "NEXT"

Fill out the First and Last Name of the Grant Applicant.

Fill out your WIT ID Number

Fill out your WIT email address

Fill out the name of the professional development conference or event you are attending.

Include the name of any sponsoring organization.

Click "SAVE AND NEXT"

If more than one student is applying for this grant, include their names and WIT ID Numbers.

Click the field(s) that best represent your event you wish to attend.

Describe how this event will impact your professional growth and development as a student. Are you presenting research? Networking? Attending as a general attendee?

Are you presenting at the conference? Has your submission been accepted?

Include the dates of the event. It should be at least one month prior to the submission.

Include the location of the event, including the city/state/country
