    Submitting Invoices to UCLA Using QuickBooks

    All UCLA invoices must be submitted to[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and meet the [submission requirements](https://purchasing.ucla.edu/electronic-invoicing).

    Open QuickBooks on your device.

    Select the **gear** icon.
    Selecting the gear icon will allow users to make the necessary changes to settings.

    Select **Account and Settings.**
    Select Account and Settings in the top right corner to make needed changes to the profile.

    Locate the **Sales** section.
    Select the Sales Icon on the left side of the page.

    Select the **pencil** icon next to *Online delivery*.
    Clicking on the pencil icon next to Online Delivery will allow users to make changes to settings affiliated with the category.

    Select **Show full details in email.**
    Select the box marked "Show Full Details in Email" within the window to allow documents to be attached to the invoice.

    Check the **PDF Attached** box.
    Make sure to check the PDF Attached box to ensure necessary documents can be added to inquiries.

    Select **Save**.
    Select Save to keep the changes made to the profile.
