    All UCLA invoices must be submitted to[[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and meet the [submission requirements](https://purchasing.ucla.edu/electronic-invoicing).
    Open QuickBooks on your device.
    Select the **gear** icon.
    Select **Account and Settings.**
    Locate the **Sales** section.
    Select the **pencil** icon next to *Online delivery*.
    Select **Show full details in email.**
    Check the **PDF Attached** box.
    Select **Save**.
