Submitting Soil Samples through LabCommand

Navigate to [https://felaboratories.com/](https://felaboratories.com/dashboard) This section displays an example view of the Dashboard, where all job-related information is organized and easily accessible. You can use the search function, highlighted in the orange box, to quickly locate specific information. Additionally, the filter and sort options, indicated by the arrows, allow you to customize how the information is displayed.

The first step is to ensure that your account information is entered accurately. Click the drop down at the top right of the page.

Click "Account"

Ensure that the sections highlighted in orange are completed. This will allow shipping label info to be generated automatically and ensure that recommendations are accurate.

Click "Update"

Click "confirm"

To start submitting a sample, click "Submit Samples"

Enter the Grower, Farm, and Field info in the text fields.

Please review the note regarding regulated soil. Be sure to visit the provided link to confirm whether your county is located within a regulated area. If your county is Regulated, please click on the slider in the orange ellipse.

Bag IDs are generated automatically, starting at 1. You also have the option to enter a custom ID for your reference.

Click the dropdown menu to view the available soil test options.

Select the test package that best suits your needs.

Use this slider to adjust the depth range of the sample, if needed.

Click the "add depth" button to add a second depth to the sample.

Click the "Custom ID" field to enter a custom ID for that sample.

To add another sample, click "add sample"

As with the first sample, you can enter custom IDs for both depth levels. The test packages will auto-populate from the first sample.

To add multiple samples at a time, click copy samples

Then choose how many samples to copy

Click "apply"

The depth and test information will auto-populate. Custom ID can be changed for any sample.

When finished, click "Review Job"

Click "save & close"

Check the box for the job that was just created.

Click "Download Labels"

If you are using a partially used label sheet, you can select the starting position for printing labels. If the sheet is unused, leave both fields set to 1. Then click "Download"

Select the checkbox for the job that was just created.

Click "ship samples"

Click "Confirm Shipment"

Enter your payment details, then click "Pay" when finished. Check the box at the bottom to save your information for future use.

If the payment is processed successfully, you will see this screen. Click "Close"

Click the "Download" Icon for the job just created

Click "Sample Submission Sheet - PDF"

Example Shipping Sheet Please review the instructions highlighted in the orange rectangle, as they are crucial for ensuring proper submission.

Once the status changes to "Results Posted," you will be able to view the results.

To view the results, click the "Download" Icon

Click on the report you wish to download. The results can viewed in three different forms. Table PDF: Basic Lab Report Full PDF: Lab Report, Ratings, Recommendations CSV: Comma-Delimited Text File
