    Submitting a Help Desk ticket via FCM

    Navigate to <https://rma.healthcare/>

    Click on the Avatar on the top right corner of the app.

    Click "Ask for Help."

    Click the "Name" field to enter in your name.

    Click the "Email" field to enter in your email address. Please ensure this is typed in correctly; this is the email address our Help Desk will reply to.

    Click the "Subject" field. Please remember to NOT include any PHI in the subject. This includes member name, CIN, DOB.

    Click the Health Home to choose the HH in which the ticket is applicable.

    Click the "Description" field to type in your message. **Please adhere to the content messaging and refrain from sending any PHI via the description.** This section is not secure or encrypted. As an alternative, Users can send the hyperlink of the member record, as screenshot below. **If PHI needs to be included in the message, please send a regular encrypted email to our Help Desk email address ([email protected]) instead.**

    Click "Send Support Request" once you're done typing in the Help Desk message.
