    Submitting a Ticket

    Navigate to [https://integralrecruiting.com/](https://integralrecruiting.com/)
    Hover over the "Consulting on Demand" menu item and click "Login." (NOTE: this has been re-named as "Mentor")
    Enter your username/email address and password, then click "Login."
    Hover over the "Consulting on Demand" menu item. You'll notice that the options have changed now that you have logged in. To submit a new ticket, click "Submit Ticket."
    Enter a subject for your ticket.
    Describe the issue you would like help with.
    Select an iCIMS product. If you aren't sure which product to select, pick "Applicant Tracking."
    To add an attachment, click "Choose Files."
    When you're finished preparing your ticket, click "Submit ticket."
    To view your submitted tickets, hover over the "Consulting on Demand" menu item and click "My Tickets." Here you will see a log of all comments made on your ticket.
    To view your account, click "My Account."
    Log out by clicking "Log out" on the My Account page.
