Submitting an Expense Report in SAP Concur

SAP Concur

Navigate to [https://www.concursolutions.com](https://www.concursolutions.com/nui/signin?signedout=manual)

Enter your user id as your 8 digit member number with @toastmasters.org. Click "Next"

Click "SAP Concur Password"

Enter your password and click "Next"

Check your authenticator application, enter the code, and click "Sign In"

Click Create button.

Click "Start a Report"

Fill in a descriptive name for the report, select the date, and enter a description with more details about the purpose for the report.\ Click "Create Report" button to continue.

An empty expense report will appear.\ Click "Add Expense" to add your first expense.

Click the "Select an expense type for the new expense" field.\ You will be able to search for the expense item you need for your item.

Example shows that I was searching for web. List filters to just show items with web in the name.\ Click on the expense item that is appropriate.

Pick the date for the expense item.

Click the "Business Purpose" field. Provide the specific purpose of the expense.

Click the "Enter Vendor Name" field.

Type name of the vendor.

Click on the City of Purchase.

Type the name of the city and the list will filter.

Select the appropriate city.

Click "Add Receipt"

Click "Upload New Receipt"

A window will open to allow you to find the receipt you previously saved as a PDF.

Click the "Amount" field.

Fill in the amount of your expense.

Click Currency selector if necessary. Candian dollar will be default. But, if your expense was for another currency, select the appropriate currency.

Filter the list to the appropriate Reporting Code and select it.

Click here.

Click "N/A"

Click here.

Click the appropriate level for your expense.

Click the "Comment" field.

Enter a description of the purpose of the expense item.

Click "Save Expense" or "Save and Add Another" if you have more expenses.

Click "Submit Report" once you are happy with the report and want to submit it for approval by finance manager, district director, and international finance department.

Click "Accept & Continue"

Click "Submit Report"

Click "Close"

Click on the user menu button on the top right.

Click "Sign Out"

Once all approvals are complete, you will receive notification when the money is transferred to your bank account. You may also receive notices that your report is in process or has been returned. If your report is returned, log in to review the reason, correct it, and processing will continue.
