This guide provides a straightforward process for subscribing to a dashboard, allowing users to receive scheduled email snapshots of their chosen views. It outlines the necessary steps for customization, including format, paper size, and frequency of updates. By following this guide, users can ensure they stay informed about important data without needing to check the dashboard continuously.

Click "Subscriptions: Get scheduled email snapshots of this view"

Choose your preferred format.

Choose your preferred Paper Size and Orientation.

Optional: Write a custom message to be included in the body of your email.

Choose your preferred Frequency. Tip: If you select "On Selected Schedule", another field will be displayed with options such as "Weekdays at 5am","Mondays at 7 am", etc.

If you chose "On Selected Schedule", the filed labeled "Schedule" will now appear.

Choose your preferred Schedule.

Click "Subscribe". Done.
