Start by logging into ClearPoint Strategy at [app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home](http://app.clearpointstrategy.com/#/home)

Create a Heat Map or Matrix summary view

Select **Scorecards & Elements** from the Control Panel\ Choose **Manage Reports**\ Open **Measure Reports**\ Click the **Plus icon**
Under **Report Name**, enter the name of the newly created Measure Report, ‘On-Time flights’.\ Select **Standard Report** as the Report Type\ Navigate to the **Columns tab**
Click on **Add Columns**\ **Mark the checkboxes** next to the Measures you wish to include in the report. Make sure **Series Status** is included in your selection
Mark the checkbox next to **Show Advanced Options**\ Locate the **Series Status column**\ Use the **Reporting Frequency dropdown menu** to define a reporting frequency for the report. All reports will default to include “All Periods” unless specified here.
User **Periods to Display** to select the periods of data you would like to include. If you select an option that includes N, you will need to specify a number for N, which is the number of periods to display. You can display a maximum of 16 periods of data using the Series Status field in a summary report. If some of the measures included in your report are tracked on quarterly, annually, or any frequency less often than monthly, then you have the option to check the box to Hide Repeated under Series Display. This will hide repeated values that are the result of not having a new set of data every month.
Under **Series Display** select, Color, Icon, or None to determine how the status icon color will be displayed in the report. **Color** is most commonly used in a heat map report, as it fills the whole data cell with the status color and right away allows viewers to see performance trends. \ **Icon** will include just the status icon itself alongside each data point. \ **None** will simply display the data, with no indication of status. Once you are done with your changes, click **Save**
You will find your newly created **Heat Map** or **Matrix summary report** under **Measure Reports**
