TERA memo shows potential exposure, location, and/or when veteran was potentially exposed. Ensure to cite that TERA Memo with date of memo was reviewed.

- **ILER:** If available, an exposure tracking database that verifies toxic exposure throughout a service member's military service
- **Sec 1117:** Persian Gulf War Veteran qualifying deployment information
- **Sec 1119:** Presumptive toxic exposure qualifying deployment information
- **DD 2796:** Assessment of any health concerns, exposures, or medical conditions that may have arisen during deployment
- **DD 2900:** Re-assessment of late-appearing health concerns or conditions that may have emerged following return from deployment
