    TROUBLESHOOTING: Can't Find a Menu (Inactive Menu Schedule)

      At times, when searching for a menu, you might not find the result you're looking for. This usually happens because the menu is "inactive" or doesn't have a currently open schedule (for example, your Christmas menu will be "inactive" in July). By default, the Menus administration page only displays active menus.
      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select menuPick
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Menus"
      Apply any filters, and make sure to select "Inactive" from the "Status" drop-down box
      Click "Go" to apply the filters
      Both the Breakfast Summer and Breakfast Winter menus are inactive. There is an orange exclamation mark on the schedule button, which means there's no active schedule for these menus.\ \ Click "schedule"

      After returning to the menus page, you'll notice that the Breakfast Winter menu has disappeared from the list of inactive menus. This is because it now has an active schedule
      To view all menus, change the "Status" drop-down to "All" and click "Go"
      We can now see the Breakfast Winter menu included in the menu list. There is a green tick on the schedule button to show it is currently within an active schedule
