      If you notice duplicate items on a menu, it's likely due to a scheduling error
      Navigate to Synbiotix
      Enter your username and password and click "Login"
      Select menuPick
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Menus"
      Select the required menu category. In this example, the issue is with our Childrens menu
      Click "Go"
      We now need to go through our menus and check the scheduling for each
      Click the calendar button
      The menu is scheduled to run every lunchtime from 5th February 2024 to 5th February 2030. As this is the lunchtime menu, there is a no problem here.\ \ You can double check the menu name if required in the light grey bar
      Click "Menus" to return to the menu list
      Click the calendar button for the next menu
      This menu is mistakenly scheduled to run every lunchtime from February 8th, 2024, to February 8th, 2030. However, it's actually the evening menu, so this schedule is incorrect. Since there are two menus scheduled to run at lunchtime every day, and they share some of the same items, this explains why the items are duplicated on the menu
      We now need to amend the incorrect schedule. You can delete the incorrect schedule and add a new one, or edit it
      To edit the incorrect schedule, click "edit"
      Select the correct serving
      Click "✅︎"
      To delete the incorrect schedule, use the tickbox to select it
      Click "Delete Selected"
