TROUBLESHOOTING: Red Item / Item Not Appearing on Menus

    Items that appear in red on the menu are inactive, or aren't linked to the site for menu orders

    Navigate to Synbiotix

    Enter your username and password and click "Login"

    Select menuPick
    4
    Click "Administration"

    Click "Items"

    Search for the item name and click "Go"

    Click "edit"

    Make sure the "Active" toggle is set to "YES"

    Make sure the item is linked to the correct sites for menu orders

    Click "Save"

    When you return to the menu, the item will no longer appear in red and will be visible on your menus
