    TROUBLESHOOTING: User Not Receiving Post-Audit Emails

      Navigate to Synbiotix.
      Enter your username and password and click "Login".
      Select Cleaning Standards
      First check that the user has the correct user role assignments
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Manage Users"
      Find the required user and click "Assign Roles"
      The user needs to have the "Audit Notifications" role
      If the user doesn't have the "Audit Notifications" role, select it and click "Assign selected roles". The role will move to the left hand side of the table
      Next check that the user has locations assigned correctly
      Click "Assign Locations"
      Locations need to be assigned at ward level for emails to be sent. Assigning all locations using the top-level tickboxes will only give the user access for auditing or dashboards.\ \ Open the location tree and assign the required wards using the tickboxes, or click "Assign All Wards"
      Finally, check the user is in a notification group
      Click "Administration"
      Click "Notification Group Users"

      First select the required user group. Select the required user, click "**→**"and click "Save"
      The user should add [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to their safe senders list to stop the emails from going to their junk folder
