Once your exhibits are uploaded into your private folder, locate the exhibit and select **Pre-Stamp.**

The exhibit identification will automatically show whatever number is next on the record.

Once you're ready, follow Step 1 which is **Add Stamp.**

The stamp will be added to the bottom right of the exhibit.

Follow Step 2, **Finish Pre-Stamping.**

You'll be automatically brought back to your private folder.\ That exhibit has turned into a **PDF** and also the number it was marked as on the record.

Is not in the marked exhibits folder due to only being pre-stamped and not yet introduced.

You can continue pre-stamping exhibits, or if you are ready to introduce, go back to your private folder.

You'll see the **stamp icon** next to the pre-stamped document as well.

When you're ready to introduce the pre-stamped exhibit on the record, select **Introduce**.

Since you already added the stamp, you'll automatically be brought to the **marked exhibits** folder.

If you go back to your private folder... You'll now see the two exhibits that have been marked on the record have the introduce icon next to them.
