Embedded throughout the System are a series of notifications that are sent to the User to recap and inform them of various Task-specific updates regarding tasks that are in progress, have been completed, or that require different forms of action to be finished. Additionally, convenient links are included for ease of access and complete review.

System tasks that are auto-generated are triggered off of an event that happens in the system. These tasks are often used to help Agents and staff understand and complete the tasks that need to happen during each stage of a listing or transaction's lifecycle. 

SCENARIO
Agent needs Price Drop postcards, and the admin creates the task. 
First, click "Active" from the "Tasks" menu.

The New Task window opens. The Admin will then need to fill in each applicable field.

Who will be notified when this task is complete? The individual(s) that appear in the "Requestor" field.
Click "-- Select Requestor --" and choose who will be notified if there are comments/questions, and when the task is completed.

The admin selects the agent from the dropdown list in the "Requestor" field.

The task has been created, and is in the 'Requested' status. It has not yet been claimed by the individual that will be working on it.

Marsha Marketing has logged in to the system, and she will click "Log Work" in the "Action" column to claim the task.

The task opens so that Marsha can claim it.

Marsha Marketing started working on Price Drop Postcards .

When she clicks "Start Task", it will be assigned to her. No notifications are going to be sent until she comments on the task or completes it.

The task now shows that it is assigned to Marsha, and is "In Progress".

Marsha has completed the proof, and needs Andrew to review it. She clicks "Log Work" to open the task.

Marsha now clicks the "Comments" field and types:
"Check out these proofs, let me know soon so I can get them printed today or tomorrow, then you will have them before the price drops."

When she clicks "Submit", Andrew Agent will receive a notification that she has commented on the task.

Andrew checks his email and sees the notification that the task has been updated. He clicks "Review Submission" to open the task.

He opens the task and clicks "Reject" and reminds Marsha about the price.

To update the task, he will click "Submit".

Marsha logs in to view the update(s) to the task.
