Tech Hub: How to Run a Report and Export Data
This guide provides a straightforward approach to running reports and exporting data effectively from the Tech Hub portal. Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)

Click "REPORTS" or the title "REPORTS"

Click "All Reports"

Click on the name of the report that the institution seeks to run.

The report will populate on the page. Click "Export" to export the data from that specific report.

Click "Details Only" Export View option.

Click the Format dropdown.

Select from the dropdown Comma Delimited .csv

Click "Export"

The report will pop up or will be a download via Excel.

Click on the corner of the worksheet to select all the data.

Double-click the side of the first column to auto adjust the columns.

Now the institution can format the worksheet and establish filters by sport.

Click Sort & Filter

Select Filter.

Select the Column to filter.

De-select all by unchecking the check box.

Check the box next to the sport to filter by and this example is for men's golf.

Click "OK" to filter

The data can be sorted, printed or shared via Excel or PDF.
