    Tip! During Eligibility Meetings be sure to share why the institution and the 3C2A are seeking the authorization to use a student-athletes Name, Image and Likeness for non-monetization, such as on websites and social media posts highlighting the student-athlete and/or their team.

    Click "FORM 3"

    Click on the Form 3 of the sport of the student-athlete who is changing their authorization of the use of their NIL.

    Click "Access Student" for the student-athlete who is changing their authorization of their NIL.

    The student-athletes profile page will show the **authorization they selected** when filling out the online Form 1 for the use of their **NIL**.

    Click "Edit Form Response"

    Click on the pencil icon to select authorization for NIL usage by the institution and the 3C2A.

    Click the check box, the student-athlete is providing, "Authorization of the use and publication of their name, image, and likeness (NIL), and athletic records, by the 3C2A and its member institutions, and understand that its primary uses will be to celebrate my achievements as a student-athlete and for the promotion of the 3C2A and its member institutions. The 3C2A and its member institutions do not intend to directly monetize use of their NIL and they understand they will not be financially compensated for use of their NIL."

    Click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

    The student-athlete profile page will no longer have the text indicating the student-athlete did not provide authorization to use their NIL.
