Tech Hub: Updating or Correcting Student-Athlete Contact Information

Navigate to [https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/](https://3c2a.my.site.com/schoolportal/s/)
Alert! There is two places you can edit a student-athletes contact information. It's recommended to only make edits in the Form 1 responses area, which will update the contact information for the student-athlete throughout the Tech Hub system.
Note: users can update the contact information within the "Student-Athlete" contact area, but that will not update the Form 1 on file.

Click "FORM 3"from the header or the tile.

Click the sport (Form 3) that the student is connected to.

Click "Access Student"

Click "Edit Form Response"

Click the pencil icon to edit the field that needs to be updated or corrected.

Type the information in the open field. Click "Save"
Alert! The following is how to edit the contact through the student-athlete contact section of the portal. This does not update the Form 1 on file. It's recommended to only update the student-athlete contact record from the Edit Form 1 Responses section of the Tech Hub.

Click "STUDENT-ATHLETES"

Click the student's name in the "Student" column.

Click the pencil icon next to the field that you need to edit.

Click "Save"
