If you don't have single sign-on, then you use your username and password. Click on "Log In".

Select the name.

Click "For Existing Employee"

Type the name of the test Employee you created. Click the name once it appears. - Important: In the "Home Email" field, enter a personal (non-district) email. - Using a district email in an SSO-enabled district can cause login issues. - If the email is already linked to another account in the system, it can cause conflicts. - Use a personal email to replicate a real new hire’s experience

Click "For New Employee"

Click "Last Name *"

Once done click "Save and Start Onboarding".

Here is a message you will get if you use the same email with different users. Cancel and try a different email or click "Yes, please proceed" but this will complicate logging in.

Completing the Packet as the Employee Two options for logging in as the employee.

Option 1- Steps 18-21 Access the email sent to the test employee home email account and click the link.

Enter the home email used for the test employee. Click "Request Reset Code".

Here is a new email with the OTP code.

Enter the OTP code, note the tip for creating acceptable passwords. Click "Change Password" when ready.

Option 2 Logged in as an Admin search for the test employee name.

A drop down will appear with the possible matches. Choose the name you sent the packet to.

Here you can see the test employee email and ID (100920).

Log in with the email for the test employee and the default password (birth date) entered as MMDDYYYY. Here I am getting an error because the email is used by more than one employee (Mentioned in Step 15). Either change the email and send the packet again or use the Employee ID shown in previous step.

Click "I accept the terms of Use and Privacy Policy".

Click "Accept and Login".

Start filling in the Onboarding documents as if you are a new hire.

Click "Save and Continue".

Go through all of the steps and fill in required fields (do not use a real SSN). - Pay close attention to: - Required fields: The system should prevent moving forward without completing them. - Form content: Check for missing or incorrect information.

Click "user"

You will get one more chance to stop submission to review. If you are done click "Yes".

Message pop-up stating your onboarding documents have been submitted.

The email sent to the people designated to review the onboarding documents for the first step. Click the link below to start reviewing the Onboarding documents.

If you are ***not*** one of the reviewers in the first step you can also access the Onboarding Packet by logging in as an Admin click "Dashboards" and chose "Workflows".

Here in you "Inbox" you will see all workflows assigned to you.

If you are not the reviewer for this test packet as an Admin go to All

Search for the test employee.

Click the review button.

Click on the links below to review the onboarding packets.

Review each section to confirm everything is filled properly and all attachments were uploaded if required.

Print all or some of the documents in the packet.

Click "Submit" to send the Onboarding Packet through its approval steps.

Click "Yes".

Onboarding packet has moved on to the next approval step and an email is sent to all the people in the next approval step.

If you are not in that group click "Redirect to Another User".

Search for your name and choose it.

Click "Redirect". Do this for each step to test the entire workflow.

Click "Approve and Next" for each step until done.

Click "Yes" to confirm your choice.

The last step in the process only has one "Approve" button since there is no more steps.

Click "Yes".

The packet is now approved.

There is a button on the bottom left "Reopen Workflow" if there needs to be an update.

Click "Yes" to verify opening it.

Click "Reject" to test the rejection process.

Fill in the rejection reason.

If it is being sent to a previous step.

Different options to choose from in the rejection. It could be due to missing information so it needs to go bac, to reroute or a complete rejection.

Fill in comments/instructions needed for ex. "Missing Photo ID documents. Update and continue review".

Click "Reject"

If the packet is approved go to the "Dashboards", "Workflows" choose "Approved" bullet, search for the employee and the status will now be approved.

### Repeat for Different Scenarios - Test multiple routing scenarios to ensure all possible paths work as expected. - Adjust forms or routing as needed, then retest until all onboarding processes route and function correctly.
