The Efficacy Audit Dashboard

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

To access the Efficacy Audit dashboards via Cleaning Standards, click "Cleaning Standards"

Click "Efficacy Audits"

Click "Dashboard"

To access the Efficacy Audit dashboards via Sigma, click "Sigma"

Click "Dashboard"

Select the efficacy audit from the drop-down box. You only need to do this if you have access to more than one audit in Sigma

Use the drop-down boxes to apply any filters

Click "Go" to apply any filters, if required

Click "Raw Data" to export all data. The file download to your computer, and it will contain responses to all questions for all locations

Click "Word" or "Excel" to export the dashboard. The file will download to your computer, and is a direct export of the dashboard view

Click on a percentage score to drill into the data

You will see further details about the audit: when it was submitted, who submitted it and a score for each questionnaire
