Promo Codes are deals that are created in Hosted Solutions > Mobile App > Deals <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/mobile#Deals> They are like a secret code that customers have to know in order to receive the discount or free item. The Promo Code report is a powerful tool to see which codes are being used and help wash owners make decisions on how to further marketing efforts.

Log in to <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > Mobile App > Promo Code <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/reporting/MobileApp#PromoCode>

Quickly search for a specific app user to see what codes they've claimed and redeemed.

You can also search by email address here.

Filter by Deal Name or Code Name

'Claimed' is if and when a person 'Claimed' the deal. They essentially went into your Mobile App, and "clipped the coupon". It could be sitting in their wallet until it either expires or gets redeemed.

The Claimed and Redeemed columns can be sorted by most recent to last by tapping here.

'Redeemed' is when the app user actually completes the transaction using the deal. This has to be done at the pay station. Many deals won't ever be redeemed, that's why the column pictured is blank.

You can see the exact date and time the customer redeemed the deal in this column.

This report will show ALL Promo Codes ever claimed and redeemed.

'Claimed' will always be higher. All deals must be 'Claimed' before they can be 'Redeemed'.

Under 'Options' you can: - Toggle Columns (turning them on or off) - Save Layout (with your column configuration) - Restore Default (restore the column toggles, spacing etc. to default view) - Reset Spacing (reverts the columns to the default dimensions) - Export (as .CSV) - Fullscreen (displays the report large on the screen)
