The Revenue Report in Hosted Solutions

The Revenue Report in Hosted Solutions displays the revenue from your locations. You can filter the report by dates, locations, kiosk/machine. It's very useful to see exactly how much cash vs credit card payments are coming in. Under the income, you'll find how much was refunded and how much tax was taken in. Log into Hosted Solutions <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Navigate to Reporting > Sales > Revenue

Select the date range at the top. You can view a single day or up to a year's worth of data.

By default, the report will show all locations and all equipment at those locations. You can toggle locations on or off here.

Click "Search Locations" to filter the data.

Cash, credit card, and fleet cards are broken into total amount taken in, and what percentage of total revenue each payment source is.

The total revenue over the date range is shown here.; Cash + Credit Card + Fleet Card in this example.

To narrow down what is coming in from which machines, expand this section here.

By default, it should show data from all models.

You can toggle them on and off, and tap "Search Models".
